(Located in the food court of former Marukai Pacific Market)
2014
Participated in various food event such as 626 & OC Night Market
Sold over 10 gallons of UMAMIX in 3 days,
including the sauce that came with the signature product Melty cheese pork bun
Begin sales of UMAMIX (12 oz bottled version) at the Gardena store
2015
When the relaunch of Marukai Pacific Market to Tokyo Central & Main,
NIKUMAN-YA was expanded and moved to the current store (Moving within the food court)
Menu expansion
2018
Becomes one of the top selling vendors at the 626 & OC Night Market and
other various local food festivals
Begin development of a larger sales route for the popular UMAMIX
2021
Arrival of the FDA approved version of UMAMIX (distribution version)
from the manufacture Village Green Food
